[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — refund not received from via.com | |
I booked an indigo round trip flight for 4th april 2020 on 3rd feb 2020 through via.com. Due to covid-19 lockdown, the flight got cancelled. I checked with the airline and the booking was cancelled (Cancelled on 01 apr 2020 03:49) from their end. But as the cancellation is still in progress from the agency's end (Via.com), i was unable to use the credit shell amount (Inr 9476) for my recent travel. I tried calling their customer support many times but there was no response. I even visited the head office in bangalore but returned disappointed. The office address mentioned in the complaint is closed from march 2020 as per my knowledge. I have attached the details i have. Kindly provide the needful help.
