I have recently made my booking with Via.com for flight to Osaka bound from Singapore under Scoot Airline from 14/5/2019 to 21/5/2019[Ref:FMNSG104YU5VOT]. However, Scoot has cancelled their return flight on 21/5/2019 and rescheduled to 22/5/2019. Due to business trip issue, I have contacted Scoot, they have cancelled the whole trip for me and informed me they have refunded to the respective agent (i.e. Via.com). However, to-date I have yet to receive the refund from Via.com and I have tried to reach them through emails and customer support chat. Unfortunately, there is ono respond from them. I am now seeking a full refund from Via.com, which has been refunded by Scoot in full to them.
