ViaBangalore — Not getting refund

Hi, This is venugopal and my mail address as follows: [protected]@gmail.com I had membership in 'Viabangalore' (Membership ID: 1577) and they gave me 3 rental vouchers (each one Rs 5000) for 3 years (2013, 2014, 2015) and I utilized one of them (Year 2013) and I requested them to refund the 2nd year (Year 2014) rental voucher (Rs 5000) in the month of October 2014 as I was not planning to utilize that. They said that we will process your request and within 15 days you will receive a cheque but as of now I did not receive it. I followed up with them nearly 12 times but every time I used to hear same answer from them as you will get the cheque, we are processing it. Today I tried calling them again through the numbers mentioned on their website (http://www.viabangalore.com/) but none of them are valid numbers. And also they added a mobile number on the website but actually that number does not belongs to Viabangalore website. I am planning to request them for the refund for 3rd year voucher as well as I am not going to utilize it. Please take a action on this since they are not responding at all for my requests and adding invalid mobile numbers on the website.
