ViaBangalore — Not paying rent amount as per the agreement

We took member ship in Via-Bangalore by paying Rs. 30000 in 2013, December . While joining they told that if we didn't utilize the offer we can give the offer for rent and they will pay 10, 000 per year. We didn't utilize the offer in 2014. I claimed for rent amount from 2014 December. Initially there was a mail communication from them that in Feb2015 they will pay the amount. They did not paid and later when I called them they keep on postponing the date. Now the mobile & Land line both are not reachable.
