[Resolved] Via.com — Excess amount taken by them for booking a airline ticket | |||
I booked an airline ticket from Via.com portal in Rs 15179 as shown on the portal and my ticket ot booked but after sometime I got a call from customer care of via.com that I have to pay Rs 671 more for book the ticket other the ticket will not book. As it is hoax to the customer by attracting the lower price on the portal and after that pressuring the customer by calling to pay more. I want that via.com has to refund my excess amount(Rs.671) which I paid. Was this information helpful? | |||
