[Resolved] Via.com — Regarding ticket booking process | |||
I have booked two tickets on (2/9/2015) . First Ticket : Name: Vishwajeet Singh Return Ticket New Delhi to Goa, Status : Not Confirmed. Second Ticket : Name : Anjali Singh Return Ticket New Delhi to Goa. Status : Not Confirmed. After sometime I got one message of confirmation of ticket for Anjali Singh. After 20 min I got the call from customer care of Via.com that ticket of Vishwajeet singh is not able to book the ticket due to price rise, Its a clear failure of their system. They are not able to book the flight on time and I had to pay for their failure. Was this information helpful? | |||
