[Resolved]  Vibes Healthcare — fraud disbursal of loan

Hi team,

This is to inform you that sunday i have visited vibes healthcare sadashiv nagar bangalore for slimming treatment for my daughter and they said emi option available from idfc and i checked earlier and i had 75000 limits and vibes team forced me to make the downpayment and asked for sign the nach.

The same day late evening i have decided not to take treatment and immediately i have asked them to stop and i cannot take the treatment in my current health situation and i cannot make it out but vibes team and the idfc executive they are refusing my request and not canceling the loan and refunding the money of downpayment.

Hence i have called idfc customer care and the confirmed loan was not processed and approved and customer care canceled the loan request and the reference ticket number for cancellation through call is 35459563 and loan application number [protected]

I request you to cancel the loan and refund the downpayment which i have made to vibes immediately and am not ready to take the treatment by any cost at this moment and am moving out of bangalore to a different place after my wedding hence i cannot compromise on anything.
