You are right Builder Ravindra Reddy and Jagdeesh Reddy ( Landowener ) Both are the junk person . Both has given the commitment to compelete proeprty but didnt deleiver till now . Also it is BBMP Khatha B not A Khata as they had mentioned on proerty websites . they are liers in the real estate world . BBMP had given then to make G+3 but they had built G+4 due to this 4th floor is illegal .
Jagdeesh Redeey is main person who is having other two properies SRS Vrindawan and SRS Sharanya both Are having illegal consultion as well .
Jagdeesh reddy being a Landowner is just a person who is thinking to make money only . with him there is one more culprit Rajshekhar reddy
is also making fool all persons to selling these flats in many differnt pricess .
I am requesting to BBMP and Govt of KArnatka to take action against of all these false dirty fellows .

Requesting to Govt to take action against Jagdeesh reddy- Landowner and Revindra Reddy Builder as they are making many people spoiled ... DON'T Buy Viceroy Splendor at all as It is a Khtaa B not khaata A . also if you will ask any thinkgs they will just shout on you as they used to shout on me many time so i am not talking to them just making my flat asap
