I have placed an order amounted ₹ 19, 665.64 for car care products of various brands with the above supplier (Vicky.in) and the payment was also done using their payment portal using credit card (100% advance including ₹ 800 delivery charges). The order/payment was done on 29/09/2018, 9.05 am with their reference no.52778 after that there is no response from their side (Till 03-oct-2018, 12.30 pm). I've tried to contact them through phone and email, but no response. The only communication i’ve received from 'vicky.in' was an order confirmation from email id '[protected]@vicky.in' (Screen shot attached herewith). Please help me to get the refund.

There is no response from the support team either.
There is no response from the onwer too and they dont even have a contact number where we can contact them.
