Video Con d2h — Not Providing the service for what they paid for | |||||
Dear Sir, I have purchased a Videocon D2h 5 months back it has come with one month subscription with HD Channel. After one month subscription has over. Four month ago i have recharge online for Rs.291 for one month it was from http://www.videocond2h.com web site it was clearly mentioned in the recharge from that the subscription is for one month. but after fifteen day when from the date of recharge Videcon D2h has stop their services and asking for recharge again. i had called to the customer care to identify the reason. I Speak with Sharoz Ahmed - Supervisor, Suchdev Kumar Team Leader and Manjender-Floor Manager they all did not reveal their Imp. ID. They told me that they deduct my balance against some HD add on but i have never apply for such add on. i have request them alot but they c learly refuse to repay my balance and ask me to recharge again.
