Hi, I recharged D2H for Rs 1212 for 6 months through PAY TM. The money got exhausted in 3 months and my services got disconnected. I have raised several complaints but I have not got a single call on the resolution. I also called several time but everytime you guys put on hold and I have to disconnect after waiting for 15 minutes. This is horrible service, this is how you treat your customers? We would like to inform you that your current base pack is SOUTH SILVER SPORTS with monthly subscription of Rs. 263/-, and current account balance is of Rs. 137.30/- as on Dec 19, 2015 with next recharge date Jan 04, 2016. Please be informed that any changes in base package or add-on pack will affect the due date.
Further we would like to inform you that in order to avail recharge benefit of Pay for 6 months & get extra 14 days free subscription on NEW DIAMOND you have to make a minimum payment of Rs. 2400/-, since you have made a payment of Rs. 1212/- on Sep 07, 2015 which is below the required payment hence, due to that 14 days extra benefit has not been credited into your d2h account.
