They asked me to pay 999 for upgrading from digital to HD set top box, paid the same on 10th November 2015, was promised that the replacement will arrive within 12 hours, today the 15th November 2015 no replacement received till date, after several calls also the Coustomer care seems to care a damn for resolving the issue, had to repeat all over my complaint to each and every coustomer care person about what I am going through, all assured that within couple of hours everything will be resolved but nobody delivered Was this information helpful? | |||
