[Resolved] Videocom — without informed disconnected | |||
My name is Thinagaran. I have used Videocon d2h. I had shifted trichy to Chennai city. This month last Sunday I was contact customer care [protected].I request him/her reinstall my set of box. end of the day evening service engineer came to my home and installed then fixed charges 300/- only. then I usually recharged fexi pack Rs.166/- activated my connection but next day no one channel does not view. immediately ask customer there reply fixed charged your side not paid so your connection disconnect. but i explained customer care and accepted my answer.she was said on that day activated your connection but still not any call or activated.lot of time call but no responsed Was this information helpful? | |||
