Videocon D2H — 3 channels volume problem

I have relocated my d2h before 3 days. After it there are problem in 3 channels volume. I have done 5 time complaint. But engineer called me and said that i[censored] will change set up box than i will come. I want to say how can he say that setup box is out of order. My i.d is 46577413. Plz give me solution otherwise i will file case in consumer court
