Videocon D2H — Amount got debited from my account but the funds are not to be shown in the D2h account

We have recharged the account Rs. 370 and the amount got debited from my account however it is not reflecting in my Videocon D2H account No:[protected]. We want to put a temporary hold on the services for 11 days as we are not in town. However the same is not process with a reason of no funds in the account. Please rectify the same immediately as we are travelling in another 3 hrs.
