Facd many challenges with videcon d2h. during rainy season the connection has gone. set of box changed couple of times. coplain resolution takes hell lotz of time. Due to above issues wanted to close the connection and get the refund as we have already paid 7200 subscription. for the same when contacted to customer care not getting any response.in turn getting new new request id' s.
