Videocon D2H — D2H cust ID:[protected] complain regarding not showing 1 year validity as per plan

D2H Cust ID:[protected] I have purchased D2H videocon connection on 26th June 2014 & taken NEW GOLDEN plan with one Year subscription+ with 1 month free subsciption offer worth Rs.4546 . The validity of d2h connection is upto 25th June 2015 excluding 1 month free subscription. Now in my Account : balance showing- 1066.65 Next Recharge date:20/04/2015. Basic package:NEW DIAMOND As ON:24/01/2015 According to my subscription which i have taken it should EXpire on 25th July 2015 (including 1 month free subscription ). & till that i am not required to pay any charges for D2H connection. I request you to resolve this issue ASAP .
