[Resolved] Videocon D2H — d2h service error e04-4 | |||
I am using videocon d2h since last 5 years. I have paid my monthly subscription of rs 475/ - which was expiring today on 13th may 2018. I am not getting any service from the vendor due to error no. E04-4. I. E. Smart card not inserted properly. We don't touch the stb the question of removal of smart cart does not arise. When called customer care centre, i was told to keep tv on so that they will reset the connection from their end online. After a while i was told that a service engineer will visit to set the problem right with a visit fee of ₹200/-. When stb, smart card is provided by the service provider it is their duty to see that customer get service un interruptedly. When i refused to pay any charges then i was threatened that your service will not resume unless you pay a visit fee. This is exploitation of customer. Videocon group is already in deep trouble.
