[Resolved]  Videocon d2h Fraud — Disconnected my subscription

This is very annoying and unprofessional business practice from your side. I have recharged on july from online of rs 825 for existing pack include south channels :-for south region, validity 3 months and i was receiving the exact same channels what i opted for not a single hd channel was coming.

Yesterday you guys have disconnected my subscription saying that i have to recharge again just after two months and your customer care representatives are telling me that u have to add on pack recharge to get back your south channels.

After all this fraud your customer care representatives are not ready to register my complain. They told me that i have to recharge again even to register a complain. How disgusting is this from your side. First you guys do a fraud with the customer then you don't register a complain also.

Please look into this issue and first of all continue my subscription asap if you want to delay in this case just take off your setup box and repay me the amount i have paid for this of yours, because it will be very difficult for me to continue with someone so unprofessional in their business and even in handling the customer.
