On 21st July, I recharged my d2h account with Rs.2310/- (for 6 months) after having spoken to customer care executive and confirmed that there will be 416 channels & services including 28 HD channels in the package costing-Rs.385/-per month. On the same day around 915PM, my HD channels suddenly stopped working. I promptly spoke to customer care again and was told that i would be required to pay Rs.150/-per month as "add on" to avail of any HD channels. I spoke to supervisor also but he insisted for same. Finally on my persistence a complain was raised- No.[protected]. For no fault of mine and having paid, I have been deprived of services for last 3 days.
I request to resolve the complaint at earliest and restore HD channels
