[Resolved] Videocon D2H — i pay for one month recharge 230 rs. but the next recharge date after 23 days

My name is vivek kumar and my id is 97209410 .irecharge my id on 25/12/2014 for rs. 230 but service do not resume for one month the service is resume for 23 days only then i call custmer care they said to me a addon service activate on my id but i donot make any call or message for regarding this so how it is possible that a service automatically active on my id . please solve this problem quickly my complaint no. is[protected] Vivek kumar [protected]

We would like to inform you that you are having Super Gold base package and you are being charged Rs. 231 per month for Super Gold package subscription. Further please be informed that your current account balance is Rs. 201.50 and next recharge due date is January 22, 2015.
