[Resolved] Videocon D2H — improper service | |||
hi my self archana a nair . i am a customer of videocon d2h. my customer id is[protected]. from past few weeks im facing problem with my connection and even logged many complaints regarding it. a technician came and changed the set of box. but after that also i am facing the same problem to say the problem has increased. i always get a error msg stating signal not available and some time insufficient balance. i have logged many complaints about this issue with the service provider but still the issue is not resolved and they have also closed my complaint without my concern.Again on friday i.e. 26th jun 2014, i logged one more complaint and the complaint id is[protected], they said the technician would come to check the problem on 27th jun 2014 aftre 4pm but no one turned up and so again twice i had called up to the customer care and they said the technician will reach out and still my problem is not resolved. i had recharged my account with Rs 400/- on 6th jun 2014 and my first complaint was logged on 17th jun 2014. i request u to go through my complaint and resolve my problem and i also request you to make the service provider to compensate on the service which they haven't provided.
