My d2h plan was south silver @ rent 190/-previously, but it has been changed to platinum HD @ rent 590/- two months back, without my knowledge. I have contacted the customer care several times regarding my concern, but there was no proper response & getting different type of answers every time. They say that the request was given from our end, for which there is no chance to happen. Now my plan has been changed to earlier plan, but no response on the financial loss happened to me due to plan change.. The last response I got yesterday is that I will get the amount credit to my account in 24 hrs, but nothing happened.. Now all that I need is the recording of the request which we gave or the amount credit. Expecting a positive response from you. My contact number [protected]
