[Resolved] Videocon D2H — no customer support working

I m trying to reach them from last 1 month for setting up my channel but they do not call or any of the no work to reach support.. This is happening after the trai new change they do not want to make any changes to channel as it should me my client id[protected]. No one is responding from them at all not even call is working to reach them. This is disgusting
