Recently I shifted to new house and placed a request for relocation.nobody came .its two weeks over.Videocon d2h service is very bad..I kept on calling them for 2weeks.. No body bother to resolve to it but I received an SMS statingvurvrequst has been resolved.then I asked them them to take a request for surrender.the next day u got a call from d2h eng I said it has to be reinstall first frm my old location then reinstall it at my new locationthe eng came to reinstall it and charged 300 frm me then he said I Ve to carry it to my new location and one more eng from that location will come to reinstall it.and I Ve to pay 300to him as well.when I first raised a request for relocation I was told only 330will b charged for relocation but I was not told that I Ve to 300 to both rng n I Ve to carry the antenna along with me.these customer representatives are really making the customer fool.they Donn have complete information regarding their product.when I asked for surrender procedure...they said they Donn Ve info regarding the surrender..I will get a call from backened team in 7days.i really disappointed with d2h videcon and their services..it was a trauma..i wilpublish this in news paper if my concern won't be taken care Was this information helpful? |
