Videocon D2H — No receipt for the spares | |||
I have recently registred a compliant for hot getting certain channels and support person came and requested a change of spare in th dish. They charged Rs250 for the spare and not giving receipt for the same. I am not sure whether the spare is worth of Rs 250 and also why they are not giving the receipts.
