I would like to bring to your notice that I am using videocon D2H connection (Customer ID:[protected] and I am facing a regular issue of NO SIGNAL on my TV Screen since 3 days.
I had registered a complaint on 27 July'2015 (complaint No:[protected] which is not resolved till today. Inspite of multiple followups the engineers are not giving a proper response and solution. I ended up calling them minimum 5 times today and they disconnected the call.
I am very much frustrated by your service. Also my money is being wasted as I got it recharged for 30 days and without even using the service I will have to pay for it.
I will be approaching consumer forum with a copy of this mail as well as thinking to switch on to another service provider.
