Videocon D2H — No signal no response

Sir,
Myself Nitish kaushik having consumer id 72027097 had lodged a complaint for no signal reception on 01.06.14(complaint no[protected] but till now no official has contacted me still . I tried complaining many times but there is no response from your customer care they keep on saying engineer will come soon ... 15 days has passed without signal and topup of these 15 days has been wasted . I request u to have a look in ths matter and take further actions fast... or else i have to go further ... i want it working asap and my 15 days return ... Thanks
