Videocon D2H — non actionvation of d2h packages through online reacharges

I have reached Rs 200 on my Videocon d2h by online on dated 30.02.2015 at 20:09 hrs through State Bank of India. But the package was not obtained till date. I reported this matter to the customer care executives several time and they were advice me to complaint on this with the copy of bank transaction proof. Now, I pay ed Rs 190 additionally for activating my package. Hence it is requested that, please take necessary step to refund Rs 200 to my account as soon as possible. An early action in this regard highly solicited please. My account Number and transaction id are given below
