Videocon D2H — not refunding money

I bought d2h last month... When my tv stopped I call their tol free no They told me one customer I'd, , to which I recharge with 220 rs But my tv doesn't start... now when I calling their customer care they are saying that was not my customer I'd.. Contact dealer for refund... I cntcted dealer he said call customer care I can't help you Plz help me
