Dear Concerned, Details of D2H Customer ID : 16170811 Customer Name : Snedden Manuel This is to bring to your kind notice that we had been on vacation from 16th June 2014 to 21st June 2014. I had raised a request for temporary disconnection through my number [protected] from 17th June to 21st June 2014 (5 days) and my brother Mr Snedden Manuel got complaint message too on his same number which was registered with your company. As all our family members were travelling we could not trace whether the connection was active or disconnected and we did not take trouble too thinking we had raised a request. And today that is 13th July 2014 it was disconnected due to insufficient balance. The below part shocked me about the worst customer service I have ever seen when i called to this number [protected]. 1st call on[protected]Afternoon): Answered by customer service representative Mr Sayed stating that we did not raise a request at all and later transferred the call to his supervisor who did not attend the call for long time, reason given to me was that he has gone for lunch and assured he would call me back but he did not turn up. 2nd call the same day (Evening) : Dont remember his name but he spoke to me in Kannada and again after long hold he raised one more complaint bearing no[protected] in which it was mentioned it was mentioned it would be resolved till Sunday, July 13th 01:00 pm 3rd call today ie[protected] after disconnection : Mr Imamhusain answered the call and again i had to explain him each and everything and again after long hold Mr Manjunath who was a supervisor answered the call assured that he will get back to me in half and hour but so far no call from him. 4th call today : Answered by Ms Vidya and again i had to explain her everything and again call was transferred to her supervisor which was disconnected without answering. 5th call today : Answered by Ms Kavita where she was unable to hear or speak and gave the call to a different person and even she transferred the call to supervisor and while reaching it was disconnected. 6th call today : Answered by Mr Harry and i am feeling sorry again i had to explain him and from him i got the information that temporary connection is available for 7 days and above not for 5 days lilke i have requested. And I told him that one of your people has misguided me and he confirmed that request for 5 days has been processed and we received request number also through message. And he also confirmed before transferring the call to his supervisor that amount for balance days will be credited in my account and later the call was disconnected without speaking to his supervisor. I really wonder in such a competitive and in such a advance world these kind of services to customers is meaningless only but to make MONEY. Not even a single representative nor supervisor has solved this issued so far. When is spoke to your representative at 1st call in HINDI he told me to speak in ENGLISH where in ENGLISH he is unable to form a sentence. How can these kind of situations and services can make your customer service better. Till now not even a single representative nor supervisor spoke to me confidently. My request is to activate the connection immediately for 5 days from today where half a day is already gone or else your company itself will be responsible for loosing a customer and i will make sure people come to know the exact instance of your service rendered.
