[Resolved] Videocon D2H — pack revised without consent | |||
My base pack was popular suddenly yesterday it was revised to gold lite. How? And why? Did i told them to revised? With whom consent their backend team has change my base pack? Who gave them the authority to change my base pack without confirming me... Customer care service too poor girl couldn't give appropriate answer and when she transfer the call to senior, senior didn't have audacity to speak with me, didnt pick the call i was on hold for good 7 mins.. Ridiculous.. Very clearly i want to state them i want my base pack to be as earlier that is popular. I have sent them email, connected through facebook, twitter but no reply from them.
