Videocon D2H — Pathetic customer support! Unfair charging rs 150 for activation | |||
Hello Sir, This is with reference to the my videocard dth card number :- [protected]. Our recharge was due today and after recharging worth 1 month, one of two setupbox in our home stopped functioning. After contacting your customer support toll free number, they said that it will cost you Rs 150 for the activation of this Videocon DTH. Earlier both were functioning well and after the recharge one stopped working and other was working well. The customer support team didn't provided us with a satisfactory reply and forced us to pay for the additional amount. Even after we recharge for the specified amount, your customer support team didn't started the DTH which is very irritating and annoying and such kind of service is not expected from such a reputed company. None of your advertisements of yours mentions that you will be charging us additional amount inorder to activate the services. We are highly disappointed with such atttitue of your customer response team. I request you to activate the above DTH service as soon as possible on the priority basis otherwise we will be compelled to lodge a complaint to Broadcasting and Cable Services, TRAI and into the Consumer Court, Bikaner.
