[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Poor customer satisfaction feedback practice | |||
When a videocon d2h engineer finishes his assigned task of any repairs, installation against a customer ticket, he informs the back end and back end sends an sms with deligh code to the customer’s mobile. D2h engineer asks for this number and generally customer is compliant to share it. The thing i this is only to be shared if you are satisfaction with the job done by the engineer. This is a very poor customer feedback practice. It attempts to fool to customer in seeking a good feedback. The feedback should be more objective and should go to independent authority at a later time and not in presence of engineer!! Was this information helpful? | |||
