[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Poor quality and pathetic service

I have recently faced an issue with network and called customer care in May2016 and they came and replaced a part near to Antenna and about to charge + service charge. It worked for 2weeks, again the same is the problem.

Now they are asking to pay service charge again and the same piece replacement.

If the piece that is given at first is of good quality, it might have got closed now. and the customer service ppl are saying that prodcut warrenty is only for a month which is really weired to me. If I deny to pay this amount, they deduct in my balance it seems.

Please get rid of this kind of mindset and provide the quality service to the people for what it is been paid rather than looting them.
