[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Poor service quality, Cancellation of subscription without any intimation and non refund of balance amount | |||
Hi I am Deepak Shandilya from Hyderabad. My videocon d2h customer id: 91786130 My Mob No.: [protected] Since last 3 months I am not getting proper service from their end. After frequent complaints to the customer care and service engineer visit also, my problem could not be resolved. So I requested to customer care for the refund of balance amount and the amount paid for the set top box and subsequently cancel my subscription. But Without any prior intimation they have cancelled my subscription and also not refunded my money back. Now customer care is not even entertaining my request and saying that now no complaints and request can be made and registered. They are refusing to take any complaints and request. Company has contacted me and the issue was resolved. The AP zonal head (Mr. Rama Rao) has called me and sent the experts for resolving the issue. Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
