[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Problem in the connection

Hi, i am here to complaint about the problem we are facing. The customer care people have suddenly cut the connection, when we've called them that time they are informing us that our payment is due for the next month. Actually yesterday was not the payment day they cut the connection before. Later we have paid the due n still the problem was not resolved and they did not give the connection. When we called them up they are like we are refreshing it will take an hour or 2 to for the connection to come. After the time also we did not get the connection. Today morning when checked the connection still did not come. We called up again and they are like we are refreshing it will take an hour or so. But still the problem is not resolved. I hereby tell you'll that we want to remove the dish and disconnect our connection. From last night we are waiting for it n they are going on making excuses. Your company has such a great name and you people make such inconvenience to the customers. And finally you do not need to resolve the problem just your company people and remove the dish and disconnect our connection. And an advice that if you people can not provide proper service the great name for you're company is of no use.
