I got call from Videocon D2H 26th December 2014 i.e. "If you subscribe for Chennel No. 178 (Star World Premier HD) for Rs. 60 per Month then you will get free American Swan discount voucher worth Rs. 500" I had subscribed Immediately and my balance decreased by Rs. 60 but I didn't get my Free Discount Coupon yet, though I had complained 4 to 5 times on customer care no. [protected]. Kindly tell me now what should I do to avail my Discount Coupon? My Customer ID is 50821430.
