[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Re-installation charges

I requested for relocation of the STB connection from Bangalore to Kolkata. I was told to bring the box with me and now when I am calling they are saying you have to pay for the antenna for that they are Rs 750. As per then it is understood that antenna should be brought. Customer Care before relocation intentionally not sharing this information so that they can charge for new antenna. Antenna is wall installation which ordinary user cannot move. Customer Care is irresponsible and arrogant both. Customer ID: 4343604
