Videocon D2H — recharge not succeed but amount of INR :-221 is cut from my state bank of bikaner and jaipur account

Dear Sir/Madom, I have done online banking recharge for my Videocon d2h customer id is[protected]. This recharge has not succeed. but amount of INR :-221 is cut from my state bank of bikaner and jaipur account . I have recharged from debit. My SBI account is showing value date:- 11/06.2015, and narration :- TO TRANSFER INB Bharat Business Channel L TECH_BARATB Payments, and ref. no. :[protected]IG0ADXUTO5 TRANSFER TO [protected] INTERNAT BANKING SBBJO, and This amount has cut from my SBBJ account but in my d2h account have not received this money. I am sending the proof of online payment transfer detail and please request to you take action quickly on this report.
