Videocon D2H — Recording Charges not communicate while booking

My consumer ID is[protected]. I had done booking of the product by a phone call on customer care number where Ms. Priya was guiding us & in that call itself i had done booking. I was confused between two products of HD recording. So i had asked to explain the difference of the same & it was told me that one HD recording product was of Rs. 1961/- & other was of around 5000/- & difference in money was because in 5000/- worth product Hard disk was inbuilt. I already had a hard disk so ordered product worth Rs. 1961/- however later on when product was installed i got to know that there are monthly charges of recording in the product which i bought. The charges of the same was not informed to me on the call when i had ask about the differences. I had written so many mails to online.[protected]@d2honline.com saying i will not bear the charges as it was not informed to me. I had also told me that if you are not able to provide recording at no cost then give me email ID of Mumbai Circle Head, compliance officer but they had not given any of the email ID's. As charges was not informed to me i am not going to bear charges of recording & request to make recording at no cost.

It is more than a month, however videocon haven't reply yet. This is type of professionalism behaviour that videocon have it. I am giving one week to resolve the matter. If no one replies Or problem doesn't get resolve then i will escalate the matter further.
