[Resolved] Videocon D2H — recording facility stopped | |||
I am the active customer of videocon d2h dth service since 2011. On 27 april 2018 software upgrade started and after successful installation recording option is not available. After complaining to the customer care the service engineer check the same but couldn't fix the same and gave assurance to replace the same without any charges. But one month is completed but they did not replace the same and when complaint they charge 400 to replace the setup box. This problem is occurred because of wrong software installation.
