Videocon D2H — Refund of my money

Hello, I have purchased videocon d2h online on 21 august 2015 for Rs. 4420/-. After installation i found video and audio clearity issue in this box. Then i submit complaint against this and their five engineers come my home for same issue and unbale to resolve this issue. After that I had submit a cancellation and refund request on 31 august. He accept my request and stopped my connection on 8 september 2018. After that he refund me only Rs. 2500/-. I have already told him to give me my full money refund. I am trying to contact on his customer care number but he is not take care me. Also he do not reply on my email. So i request you to give me my full money refund and collect your box from my home.
