[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Regarding wrong recharge of videocon d2h.

I'm Sampath kumar. Sir, I want to inform you that on 26/12/2021 while recharging the videocon d2h account of rs.580, I wrongly recharged my old customer ID 71787621 instead of my current customer ID[protected]. I kindly request you to refund my money back or else transfer the money to my current d2h account as soon as possible. I also enclosed proof of transaction message.

Guys, when will you transfer the amount of 580 to my current account. I've Posted complaint on Dec 26 and till now you guys haven't solved it. please solve it. As the dish recharge is expired we again recharged with the amount of rs.580 which too will expire on April 2022.
