[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Relocation request is mishandled

VD2H Customer ID #[protected] Relocation request is raised and after 7 days also it is not done. I got messages that your request has been successfully completed, but no engineer visited the place yet. They have created 3 complaints, work orders etc. But of no effect. Every time I call to their customer care they assure me that it will be handled, they create priority requests, foward to the superviser who again N again tell the same thing - but nobody visited the place . I even got a call from their engineer who asked me if I have put any "audio replacement" request? Mine is a simple relocation re installation request - but somehow it is updated in their system as a different one. The customer service is very frustrating. I think there is no coordination between their field engineers, call center and supervisor's. All the promise they make is hollow and in air only. Utterly frustrated!!!
