Videocon D2H — Repeatedly charging relocation fee | |||||
My customer ID is :[protected]. I had relocated from Vashi to Chembur on 31st July and had paid the relocation fee of Rs 300 to the Vashi Service engineer. I had balance amount in my account and enjoyed uninterrupted service in Chembur for the month of August. On 10th September, I had recharged for the platinum HD pack for a month and within 15 days (25th September) I was disconnected of all channels. When I contacted customer care, I was told that since I had not paid the relocation charge Rs 300 were deducted from my recharge. After calling repeatedly and talking to 10 different supervisors, I was always assured that the amount would be refunded into my account within 8 hours or 24 hours. After a gap of 24 hours I would call back and after 3 days of no service on 27th September, the supervisor recharged my account with Rs 45 which was reflected in my account as negative indicating that I owed Rs 45. It has been 13 days of incessant calling, being put on hold endlessly and followed up by email to customer care but still I have not got any refund into my account. I had been told by the supervisors that they had verified that I had paid the amount to the vashi service engineer and the mistake was from their end but videocon just simply would not refund my due amount. This has been the worst service ever experienced. I am fed up and frustrated of their false assurances and request a refund of my amount at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
