Videocon D2H — Showing No Signal to the religious channels

Hello, I have purchased this new connection only to watch the spiritual channels mainly "Peace of mind" but most of the time signal to the channel is not available however at the same time signal to same channel is available at other DTH connection in neighborhood, I have checked this personally. Please check the issue, today is the sixth day of purchase, if the problem can't be resolved from your end I would like to return the connection as it is not serving my purpose.
