Videocon D2H — signal issue since one month[protected]

Dear sir/ma’am,

This is to inform you issues regarding the signal we are facing since a couple of days.

We have made the payment and all the dues are clear for the customer id[protected].
Irrespective of that we are facing these issues. Kindly look into the matter immediately.

And grant us additional days due to non availability of signal from your side.
