[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Signal Not Available- Problem not solved | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I'm Srinivas. I'm using Videocon d2h for last Two(2) months. My Customer ID is:[protected] I started facing Videocon d2h's famous problem of "SIGNAL NOT AVAILABLE" error because of hudhud cyclone affect. I called up customer care and registered my first complaint on[protected] to en-quire about the solution then the customer care representative told me that within 24 hours there will be a visit of the technician and your problem will be solved. None of the technician has visited and solved the problem yet. I have called to the customer care so many times and the response is the same. It’s been 8 days since the proper service is not been provided yet and I am vexed with the customer support answers every time I call. .. Now my recharge due date is tomorrow (i.e.[protected] and I am not going to recharge as it will be a loss and waste of money to me if I recharge now as the technicians are not visiting to solve the problem I sincerely need a proper answer/solution for this problem. If Videocon doesn’t solve my problem, then I will move to some other better service than Videocon and also I will never recommend anyone to have Videocon d2h because of poor bad service you people are providing now. Please let me know your answer whether this can be fixed at the earliest or not so that I can shift to some other service as soon as possible. Regards Srinivas Was this information helpful? | |||

Videocon d2h engineers has visited my residence and then just made the dish rotate to the direction where it can catch the signal. The reason is the dish has rotated and got twisted due to huge winds during cyclone...Nothing much serious problem... Now i am able to receive the signals for my videocon d2h. Thank you very much for visiting and resolving the complaint... Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
