Videocon D2H — Totally irresponsible, funny, hilarious Customer Care service

I have been a customer of Videocon d2h more than 1.5 years. My customer ID is[protected] Recently I am facing a issue (deduct balance incorrectly) which is getting resolved by the Videocon customer care team by NEAR A MONTH. I don't know when they can solve this issue!!! The responsible, smart customer care team has been assuring me more than 30 times that it will be resolved as soon as possible but it look likes to me a never ending process!!! I have recharged my d2h on 5th Feb'15 by Rs.231. Over the next two days, I was experiencing a total screen blackout issue so I have called the customer care and finally they told it would require a Service Engineer visit to check the problem. On 8th February'15 the service engineer came and just put a pen-drive in the set-top box and updated the software. Now the screen blackout problem has fixed and the service engineer has claimed Rs.150 charge for it and I gave him the payment and also signed a payment confirmation paper. The service engineer has left and within few seconds I have received a messaged from d2h that "The charges Rs.150 paid by you to d2h Engineer for Cust ID [protected] have been received by us." On the 9th February'15, I have received a message from d2h "Thanks for recharging your d2h by Rs.150" (Later I came to know that the Rs. 150 which I have paid to service engineer, he did a recharge to my account so that finally d2h can deduct that amount from my account. I don't have idea what is the purpose of that!!! ) On the 12th February'15 I have received a strange message that "Account is suspended due to Non Payment of Service Charge Rs.300" and taking without any permission they have deducted Rs.300 from my account. THIS IS THE POINT WHERE THE ISSUE HAS BEEN STARTED. From 12th February'15 to 8th March'15 there were several times (I guess, more than 30 times) I had spoken to the Customer Care executives (including many Senior executives) regarding this and they have taken more that 15 complains and gave a date and they have failed to resolve this. Here are the experiences I went through: >> Several times the senior executives (few among them are : S.Durga, Pranab Kumar Das, Dharmendra Panda) have wanted to know from me that, was there any parts/equipments of the Set-top box replaced or not? I have assured them there was no hardware devices changed only the software has been updated. Once they listened they were confirmed me by "we are forwarding this to BILLING/SALES/BACK-END team for verify, It will be resolved within some times" but still it is not yet solved. >> Several times the senior executives has confirmed me, yes they have responded back and within few hours you can receive your balance, but that never has happened. >> Every time the customer care executives has lodged a complaint and I have received a stupid massage mentioning a complain number and possible resolve time, but this issue has never resolved and they don't bother about it. I don't know when the issue will solve???!!!
